🕒 Returns Window
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it’s unused and in original condition.
📦 Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless faulty)
❌ Exclusions
Used kayaks, demo units, or items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (including Afterpay). Afterpay refunds follow their standard processing time.
Warranty
All Long Wave kayaks are covered by our 1 year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the kayak repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality.
